Who is ARI and what do we do?
Associated Resources, Inc. is a privately held Oil and Gas Outsourcing firm headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. CPL Jeff Myers founded ARI in 1993 with the idea of helping energy-related businesses reduce the increasing burden of administrative and accounting costs brought about through acquisitions and divestitures or legal cases. As a non-interest holding company, ARI is in a unique position to assist our clients in streamlining their day-to-day and large-scale land and accounting operations. ARI offers a variety of land, accounting, field, and legal-related services on an ‘as-needed’ short or long-term basis.

ARI primarily consists of three main departments that all work in tandem to best address our clients’ individual needs either from our own offices or our clients’ offices:

The Land Department is comprised of both senior and junior staff members. ARI’s senior staff can boast to having over 200 combined years of work experience with lease records, division orders, due diligence and title analysis, in addition to numerous professional memberships in a variety of national and state-level associations. The average career length for our senior staff is 23 years, with most having worked for other oil and gas companies before coming on board at ARI. Supporting our senior-level staff are ARI’s junior-level staff members, who have an average working experience of 1.5 years either at ARI or from undergraduate industry energy internships. Half of our junior staff members hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in addition to energy industry-related professional memberships.

Outside of our Tulsa offices, ARI’s Land Department also includes a dedicated set of senior and junior-level field landmen who research county records, run chains of title, negotiate surface damages, and purchase leases for clients based throughout the United States. Want to Know More?
