Administrative Services:

• Depositing of oil and gas revenue checks from purchasers and operators
• Imaging (scanning) of checks and remittance statements for online viewing by client and ARI staff
• Recording of revenue check detail for calculation of company share and amounts to be distributed to third parties
• Reconciling of amounts entered in revenue to revenue deposits
• Verification that prices received agree to contracts

Joint-interest Accounting Services:

• Calculation of overhead amounts on operated properties, including annual escalations

Accounts Receivable Services:

• Preparation of deposit slips and deposit with bank
• Apply receipts against owner receivables

Accounts Payable Services:

• Review of invoices for accuracy
• Coding of invoices to proper accounts and properties

Financial Reporting Services:

• Review of General Ledger accounts
• Reconciliation of sub ledgers to General Ledger balances

Tax Reporting Services:

• Provide information to Tax Accountant for preparation of Income Tax Returns including property detail for depletion
• State severance and production tax reporting

Production Accounting Services:

• Enter data from gauge sheets, run tickets and online downloads
• Compare production data to revenue receipts
• Report to states on required forms

Gas Balancing Services:

• Gathering of data from purchasers, transporters and working interest owners
• Preparation of monthly gas balancing reports for pipeline and producer imbalances
• Distribution of reports electronically or by paper
• Verification of balancing statements on non-operated properties

Payout Reporting Services:

• Analysis of terms of Farmout, JOAs or other agreements
• Preparation of payout statements with running monthly balances (i.e. one line per month with all months shown since inception)
• Distribution of reports electronically or by paper
